TPEG

1. This product is non-toxic, non-irritating, has good water solubility, is soluble in water and various organic solvents, and is an important raw material for a new generation of high-efficiency glue machines.

2. The molecular weight distribution of this product is narrow, the content of polyethylene glycol is low, the retention rate of double bonds is high, and the polymerization activity is greatly improved. The conversion rate of the product is high. The comprehensive performance of the agent is excellent. 3. The water-reducing agent synthesized by this product has high-efficiency particle dispersion and retention ability, and has good dispersion effect on many powder materials such as cement. It has high water-reducing rate and low cement usage. The quality of cement added is 0.2% -0.5% Concrete water reducer, water reduction rate can reach more than 30%.

4. After adding water reducing agent to the concrete, an adsorption film is formed on the surface of the cement particles, which slows the hydration rate of the cement, makes the growth of the cement stone crystal more perfect, reduces the capillary voids of water evaporation, and the network structure is more dense, which can improve the concrete The intensity is more than 20%. It can be applied to high-strength (above C60) commercial concrete.

HPEG

1. This product has good water solubility.

2. This product uses a highly active catalyst and a special synthesis process. The molecular weight distribution is narrow, the ethylene glycol content is low, and the double bond retention rate is high. The polymerization activity is greatly improved, the product conversion rate is high, the polycarboxylic acid water reducer product synthesized by the product has high effective content, and the water reducer has excellent comprehensive performance.

3. Performance and quality index of synthetic water reducer:

1) High cost performance. In the case of achieving the same water reduction rate, it has a high cost performance.

2) Low admixture and high water reduction rate. The water-reducing agent mother liquor with solid content of 20% and the water-reducing rate of 1.0% (the amount of cementing material) can reach 30-35%.

3) Good plasticity retention. The slump loss of concrete after 1h is small.

4) Excellent durability. Can greatly reduce water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.

5) Green and environmental protection. In the production process of water reducer, no formaldehyde and chloride ion harmful to the environment are used, and the content of sulfate is low.
