Recently, the 128m simple buttressed arch rib concrete of Dongchangfu Bridge of Zhengzhou-Jinan high-speed Railway across S333 provincial Highway was jacked into place by the Eighth Bureau of China Construction Bureau. Dongchangfu Bridge of Zhengzhou-Jinan high-speed Railway spans the 128m simply supported arch of S333 provincial highway. As a simply supported steel pipe arch bridge with the largest span of the whole line, it is also the only simply supported arch bridge in the whole line. This arch bridge is one of the important and difficult control projects of the whole line. The steel pipe arch of the arch bridge was filled with C55 self-compacting compensated shrinkage concrete, which was poured in three times.
The project requires 8 hours of concrete slump, no loss, no segregation, no bleeding and other good workability, setting time up to 18 hours of technical indicators. In order to ensure the smooth pouring of the project, the technical team of our company has conducted several concrete experiments in the laboratory since the beginning of construction. By adjusting the mix ratio and the formula of water reducing agent, the concrete has good working performance and meets the technical requirements of the construction unit.
